1867345: The From address and Subject were blank in MC Monitor for some emails imported using MS Graph.
1861238: Message processing failed due to a memory leak issue.
1855711: Even if a mailbox had more than ten subfolders, MS Graph polled only the first ten.
1836615: The MS Graph connection via ROPC failed if TLS protocol versions 1.0 or 1.1 were used, as Azure does not support TLS protocol versions earlier than 1.2.

Features Introduced in previous Fix Packs

1468914: PDF/A normalization improved.

Problems Resolved in previous Fix Packs

1796413: Document conversion failed using KFXConverter if the file name contained a colon (:) in it.
1794249: The document conversion failed if an email contained the .eml attachment.
1654732: Message Connector was not closing connections whenever there was an error polling an IMAP server. This resulted in ports exhaustion.
1641355: In version 2.8.0, the AutoFitColumn width option was enabled by default in Excel and caused unexpected results while converting XLS to TIFF.
1631285: When polling an MS Graph mailbox, the KfxImportFolderName message field variable returned an incorrect folder structure if you enabled the Poll Subfolders option and tried to poll messages from subfolders.
1621618: KFXConverter failed with an error message similar to the following while running multiple instances of conversion: "The *.eml file format is not supported for eDocuments. PDF documents are the only file format supported for eDocuments."
1604478: The received date displayed on the original email imported as an MSG file was incorrect using the Aspose engine.
1604085: When RelativeImageFilePath was set to "." in Tungsten XML, the XML import did not work.
1603685: Connection to MS Graph failed using a proxy server.
1597222: While creating rules consecutively, after creating the first rule, if you clicked the Add rule button to create another rule, an error message similar to the following was displayed: "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
1596665: A period (.) in the attachment name was interpreted incorrectly as a separator.
1581386: While importing an email, an empty batch was created when the message was not confirmed until the last retry cycle.
1580903: Sometimes, converting a .eml file received through Gmail to PDF/A or TIFF failed when the Aspose engine was used.
1577225: The information provided in the MS Graph error messages was insufficient.

1544077: After upgrading to 2.8.0, KC Plug-in was unable to log in to Tungsten Capture if the "Cache import process instance" option was selected in Tungsten Import Connector.
1543269: Post document conversion, the original files were imported into Tungsten Capture along with the converted files even though the "Use deprecated VRS handling" option was not selected.
1531131: Conversion failed while importing XML files with the .rdy extension.
1529476: Message Connector failed to convert a .eml file as the .pdf attachment in the EML file was incorrectly interpreted as a .tmp attachment.
1529452: Sometimes, conversion of XLS to PDF or TIFF failed using the Aspose engine.
1518880: Even if a mailbox had more than ten subfolders, MS Graph polled only the first ten.
1511017: After upgrading to 2.7.0.2, the RightFax server allowed the corrupt and empty faxes leading to document conversion failure.
1510268: Since version 2.8.0, the conversion of the .mht files failed if the files contained tables.
1509773: Message Connector failed if the Skip converting files and Skip importing files parameters were enabled.

- Skip converting files
- Skip importing files
- Import Concatenated PDF only
